You start this course with an introduction of the jargon, the advantages of object oriented business modeling (UML) and the possible applications of business modeling. Next you will investigate business modeling from different perspectives. You will successively learn to model business strategy, modeling different levels of business processes and steering software development.

No educational prerequisites
